Minutes of the October 11, 2012 Meeting
Present: William P. Goreham, Raymond Vaillancourt and Thaddeus Buczko
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 P.M. in the Mayor’s Office.
The Clerk will invite the Eastern Bank Investment Advisors to our November or December meeting depending on their availability. The Clerk will speak with the local Eastern Bank to see what is needed for signatures for the new treasurer, William P. Goreham.
Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to approve the minutes of the
September 13, 2012 meeting. The motion was seconded by Thaddeus Buczko and voted unanimously.
The Salem Council on Aging submitted a request for medication reimbursement expense for local residents. Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to approve $494.07 from the Endicott Fund for payment. The motion was seconded by William P. Goreham and voted unanimously.
The Brookhouse Home for Women submitted a request as part of their approved FY13 Large Grant. A check for $958.48 will be forwarded to them.
